A little note leading up to Christmas and the New Year ⬇️⬇️ I’ve been shocked at the amount of people I’ve spoken to recently who are essentially putting their fitness goals on hold for the next two weeks with Christmas and New Years coming up 🤯 Guys, they’re two days/nights of the 14 days we have left of the year, don’t throw away your hard work because you’re anticipating having a couple of ‘bad’ eating days. You can still train. You can still eat clean. You can still follow your plan for the other 12 days. It’s okay to indulge and to enjoy time with your family and eat foods that you normally wouldn’t eat. But it’s definitely not okay to let yourself go and eat whatever the fuck you want for the entire two weeks because you’re going to be having a couple of ‘bad’ days and then try to reassure yourself that you’ll just get back on track on the first of January. You’re already setting yourself up for failure. Stick to your plan. You have two weeks left of 2019. Make them fucking good ones. 🙌🙏
