Whether you are a lover for spicy drinks or not you should give a try to this homemade 𝐆𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐄𝐑 𝐀𝐋𝐄 drink because of its countless benefits. ‍ Even though it's a healthy homemade drink it shouldn't be consumed daily because of its high levels of sugar and drawbacks (𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘣𝘶𝘳𝘯, 𝘪𝘳𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘰𝘧 𝘮𝘰𝘶𝘵𝘩 etc). ‌ 𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫: 𝘔𝘰𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘬𝘦𝘺 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘢 𝘨𝘰𝘰𝘥 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘩𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘺 𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘦! ‌ 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞: 10 minutes 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞: 35 minutes 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞: 60 minutes 𝐓𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞: 1 h 45 minutes 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬: 4 ‍ 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠: 60 𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: 50 g fresh ginger (peeld and grated) 100 ml water 1 tbsp lime zest 50 g granulated sugar sparkling water 3 limes ice cubes 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: 1. Peel the ginger with a spoon and grate it. 2. Grab a small saucepan and start to put the ginger, lime zest and the water together and bring the mix to a boil. Put the stove on low heat and simmer at a low boil stirring constantly for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and cover it up. 3. After 15 minutes pour the mixture through a strainer. 4. Put the ginger extract back into the saucepan, add the sugar and let it simmer, stirring constantly for about 10 minutes. 5. Let the ginger syrup to cool down for 1 hour. 6. Into a glass mix 4 tbsp of the ginger syrup, 250 ml sparkling water, and 2 tbsp of lime juice for a fresh taste. Stir it very well. 7. Additional ice cubes may be added. 8.
