Но може да забавим всички тези процеси. Шифу Ян Лей е монах от манастира Шаолин. Той е известен с това, че вдъхновява милиони хора по света със своите думи, но и не само.

There is something special when I teach teenagers, especially teens who are struggling (I have been there!) I really put myself back in that space of 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 and questioning existence. I can remember the deep insecurity that came from those years. And in retrospect ...the tough 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗜 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱. I have been given a gift to share my reflections/wisdom with a younger generation. I have the opportunity to explain yogic philosophy to them in an accessible way, giving them tools to pull themselves out of a dark hole of overwhelming emotions/thoughts. It is a beautiful honor to walk these kids through a real 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 and to remind them of the WONDER and AWE of life.✨✨✨ And by doing so ...I remind myself. Last night in class we all shared in tears of remembrance. We talked about how 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 is just figuring out your true Self and “being” authentically who YOU are. To release the pressure of trying to find your “purpose” and to instead find a way to connect to your inner essence. We did 𝗦𝗮𝘁 𝗞𝗿𝗶𝘆𝗮 together and then danced to the rhythm of our hearts laughing and chanting! I share my beliefs about this being “𝗘𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹” 🌍 and that we are all just learning our lessons the best we can. That mistakes are a part of the process. That we are exactly where we are meant to be. 🤍🤍🤍 So just a reminder to you all. You are enough. Don’t stress too much about your career or even goals. Prioritize remembering and being 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 ~ and everything else will start to fall into place. I am speaking from my own experience. Consciously call in your nam. 𝗦𝗔𝗧 𝗡𝗔𝗠 = Your unique vibrational identity, given to you by your “god” that no one else is meant to understand but YOU. 1. Когато си щастлив, трябва да контролираш своето щастие. Ако изгубиш контрол над него, то ти вредиш на своя енергиен поток. 

2. Не прекалявай с храната. Увери се, че никога не си съвсем заситен, тъй като в противен случай ще увредиш далака си. Когато огладнееш, хапни малко.
 
3. Ако упражняваш само тялото си и не практикуваш Ки Гонг, ще изгубиш баланса си и ще станеш нетърпелив. Ще изгубиш Ин от своето тяло. Упражнявай се да балансираш Ин и Ян.

4. Ако не тренираш тялото си, а се занимаваш само с постигане на вътрешен мир и медитация, няма да получаваш Ян енергия. Ще трябва да използваш Ян енерията от тялото си, но без да можеш да я възстановиш.
