166 new cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed in Bulgaria in the past 24 hours out of 2,775 tests made, data of the National Coronavirus Information System shows.
The highest number of positive cases was registered in Sofia - 60, followed by Sofia district- 15 cases, Plovdiv-13 and Kyustendil-13.
The total number of cases is now 4,408. A total of 2,370 people have recovered from the virus until now, 107 of whom were cured in the past 24 hours. 384 people are receiving medical treatment in hospitals, including 16 people in intensive care units.
The COVID-19 death toll rose to 211. Two people died with the disease in the past 24 hours.
