Bulgaria’s Parliament adopted amendments to the Electoral Code that say the voting in the polling stations with more than 300 voters must be 100% machine.
The MPs also approved a video surveillance in election commissions when ballots are counted and tally sheets are filled in. The process will be broadcast online.
