A total of 28 parties and 11 coalitions have submitted documents to take part in the early elections in Bulgaria on 27 October. The Central Electoral Commission registered all parties and coalitions that submitted their documents on time.
Until 14 September, the General Directorate of Civil Registration and Administrative Services will check the lists submitted by the parties and coalitions in the framework of the so-called "pending check". If there is a formation with an incorrect application, the CEC will decide to remove it from the list of participants in the elections.
In addition, by 21 September, the Commission will register a party or coalition to take part in the elections if the court has overturned the decision refusing its registration.
